Privacy Policy

Who we are

Our website address is: https://printmore.ca.

Comments

At this time, Printmore.ca does not enable public commenting on our website. However, if commenting becomes available in the future, we may collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.

Media

Currently, visitors cannot upload images to Printmore.ca. However, if this feature becomes available in the future, we recommend avoiding the upload of images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site could potentially download and extract location data from publicly shared images.

Cookies

Printmore.ca does not currently use cookies for comment forms, user logins, or article editing. However, if such features are introduced in the future, cookies may be used to improve your experience on the site.

For example, if commenting or login features are enabled:

  • You may have the option to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for convenience. These would last up to one year.
  • A temporary cookie may be set to check if your browser accepts cookies—this cookie would contain no personal data and would be discarded when you close your browser.
  • If you log in, cookies may be used to remember your login credentials and display preferences. Login cookies may last for two days, or up to two weeks if “Remember Me” is selected. Logging out would remove these cookies.
  • If article editing is enabled, an additional cookie may be used to identify the post ID of the article being edited. This cookie would expire after one day and contain no personal data.

We will update this privacy policy if any of these features or cookie practices change.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on Printmore.ca may include embedded content (such as videos, images, or articles) from external websites. Embedded content behaves in the same way as if you were visiting the original website directly.

These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with their content—especially if you are logged in to your account on those sites. We do not control how these third-party services handle your data.

Who we share your data with

Printmore.ca does not currently have user accounts or password reset functionality, so we do not share your data in this context.

If user account features are introduced in the future and you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email for security purposes.

We do not share personal data with third parties, except when required for essential services such as email marketing (if you opt in) or secure payment processing (if you choose to save payment information on third-party platforms we use).

How long we retain your data

Printmore.ca does not currently allow comments or user registrations, so we do not retain comment data or user profiles at this time.

If these features are introduced in the future:

  • Comments and their associated metadata may be stored indefinitely. This would allow us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments without placing them in a moderation queue.
  • For users who register on the site (if any), personal information provided in their user profile may be stored until the user edits or deletes it. Website administrators would be able to view and update this information as needed, except for usernames, which cannot be changed once set.

Email inquiries and marketing sign-ups are stored in our inbox or email marketing system until you request removal or unsubscribe.

What rights you have over your data

Since Printmore.ca does not currently offer user accounts or commenting features, we do not hold personal data in those areas. However, if you have: Contacted us by email, Signed up for our email marketing list, or Provided information through any future account-based features, You may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we erase any personal data we have, unless we are required to retain it for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

To make a request, please contact us at printmore@rogers.com.

Where your data is sent

Printmore.ca does not currently accept public comments, so no data is sent through spam detection services at this time.

If commenting features are added in the future, visitor comments may be processed through an automated spam detection service to protect the site from malicious content.

Additionally, if you sign up for our email marketing or make inquiries, your information may be stored securely in our inbox or with trusted third-party email platforms we use for communication. We do not sell or trade your data.
